Wayfaring: AUB Explore Workshop

On 24th February 2017

As part of the wider Wayfaring project , this was a collaboration with Arts University Bournemouth with 18 final year students.

The residency was in the form of “Ready Steady Cook” for arts in the landscape over two days . A defined location ( woodland near the university ); defined ingredients ( materials ranging from chalk, to ribbon, to fire ) and a final sharing of the work with an invited audience. We looked at journeying. It was an opportunity for the students to further develop their practice in creating and producing outdoor arts with mentoring support from AUB tutors, AndNow: and associated artists Tim Hill and Flick Ferdinando.
